My first blog. It feels . . . refreshing. Does it? Yes. Refreshing, with a spin on nervous wine, flaky excitement shaken on top, and a final dash of
me. For my audience of currently [0], my name is Uy Nguyen. Uy (Pronounced : We /Wii). No lie. Yes, go ahead, make fun of it, laugh with humor, scream with shock and cry because you feel sorry for me. But in the end, I am very proud of my name. So here I am, 12:25 in the morning, writing my first simple blog, unsure that anyone will ever read this besides me. Okay, so my name has been pronounced. On to the next act of the show. I was born in Saigon, Vietnam. Yes, I am an immigrant. Not really. I moved from my home when I was eight months, so it really doesn't count. I moved to Honolulu, Hawaii. Beautiful place, not that I could really embrace any of it really. I then moved from there at the age of four to New Orleans, Louisiana. I pretty much grew up from there. Wonderful place indeed. I became very attached to that place. Now, beyond that point I will reveal later in my upcoming blogs.
Act Three. I very much enjoy writing and reading. But I never lived up to that title as a adolescence. Something sparked within me between my years of young before teen life and puberty. Books were then the blood that was running through my very veins. So lets move on to what I am really here for. Connection. I want to connect with different people, talk with different people, and become a reason for different people to unite.
In the future of 'United Blogging' I will be, or more specifically, we will be reviewing movies, box-office number, writing poetry, short stories, giving each other tips, ideas, and so much more. 'United Blogging' is open for any discussion or project that you believe should be blogged about.
